Hidden Gem Alert! Coady’s Point of View WISCONSIN GLAMPING, Resort & CABIN RENTALS!

We had the pleasure of staying in the beautiful glamping campground at Coady’s Point of View Resort. This beach resort is boat friendly and is 10 minutes from Eagle River, in northern Wisconsin.

The campground features many tent or glamping campsites with yurt or retro-RV campers available for rent on site!

The campsite at Coady’s POV feature a fire pit, bbq grill, picnic table and, even a set of string lights on the edge of many campsites. Our campsite featured a 1972 Holiday Rambler RV trailer with room for 4 to sleep as well as space at our campsite for a tent. Read more about the camping and RV rental rates. In the campsite next to us, guests stay in an amazingly unique 1952 Lighthouse RV, one of 8 in existence. This 1952 RV in our neighbor’s campsite looked like a submarine mixed with a retro-RV camper.

Sitting in my chair around the campfire at night I could hear coyotes, toads, owls and other birds and the sound of an occasional vehicle driving was muffled by the thick forest. xI fully appreciate the lush forest at this location which provides shade all day long and makes for a cool space to be outdoors, even when it’s high 80’s F.

Glamping at Coady’s POV Lake Resort may be considered by some to be primitive camping as the RV rentals in the campground do not include toilets or running water. My version of camping is pitching a tent with a pit toilet and water spigot nearby so a super short walk to get water or visit the washroom is perfect for my camping adventures. Also good to note, pets are not allowed in the campground. However, the main resort cabins area does have super fast WiFi and back at the campground, the camping RVs do include an electric plug for small electronics use.

The campground does have campsites for visitors with tents and the campground also features an adorable four room shower house [trailer], with heat and A/C, hot showers and clean bathrooms. I enjoyed the clean shower house with flush toilets!

Campground quiet hours are 10pm and the campground and resort areas are wonderfully quiet and private. I was taken back at the relaxing vibe at Coady’s campground and resort. I fully enjoyed meeting some friendly resort guests and fellow campers and well as the hosts Coady and Genevieve, plus the maintenance guy, Duckie, was so friendly and welcoming.

Down the gravel resort road are many different cabins and log style homes, a marina with boat launch and camp store. The camp store was great and even had kick ass craft beer! Check out the camp store online ordering system too.

Plus, you’ll find basketball and volleyball courts and a swimming beach with complementary kayaks, canoes, paddle boards and a peddle boat, life jackets and oars are provided.

There’s a raft you can swim out to past the swimming area, as well as a fishing pier. The marina docks also include a small outdoor foot shower and overhead shower for cleaning off after your swim in the lake.

Coady’s POV Resort & Campground is a wonderful outdoor vacation location where you can to chill, relax, and have fun, with great accommodations for campers, glampers or cabin resort quests. The Resort also specializes in hosting weddings.

It’s the perfect beach resort to book a cabin on a beach or enjoy a step up from camping by Glamping with family, friends, or alone! I highly recommend Coady’s POV for a family vacation, romantic getaway, solo trip to meet new friends or huge family reunion! My boys and I really enjoyed our stay at Coady’s POV Resort, we already want to come back!
